Cappetta Mechanical is a full service air conditioning company.  We have extensive experience in new construction, large high-rise buildings and installations and repairs.  Cappetta Mechanical installs cooling towers, chillers, pumps, boilers, AHU'S and heat pumps - as well as - servicing all that we install.

Cappetta Mechanical currently works on properties managed by Continental Property Management, Miami Management and Liberty Property Trust.  In addition, we are providing the installation service for the new Verizon Wireless service center located in west Pembroke Pines.
